How far in advance should we reserve our wedding date?
For Rwandan traditional weddings (Gusaba) and white wedding ceremonies, we recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance, especially during the peak wedding seasons (July – September and December – January). A non-refundable retainer secures your date in our calendar.
What is the delivery turnaround time for our edited photos?
Studio portrait sessions are delivered within 4 to 7 business days via a secure online private gallery. For full wedding coverage, sneak peeks are provided within 48 hours for your social media announcements, with the full master collection delivered within 3 to 4 weeks.
Do you offer in-studio hair and makeup styling?
Yes! Our studio features a private luxury makeup vanity suite. We partner with Kigali’s top professional bridal and editorial makeup artists who can be booked alongside your session.
Do you travel outside Kigali or across East Africa?
Absolutely. We regularly photograph destination weddings and lookbooks across Rwanda (Lake Kivu, Musanze, Akagera) as well as Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Europe. Travel and accommodation packages are tailored upon request.
